What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, some of the tasks and responsibilities you will be expected to perform include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

Develop and execute account plans, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget.

Monitor and analyze account performance, and provide regular reports and updates to management and clients.

Manage contract negotiations and renewals, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Continuously seek to improve the client experience, and identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and workflows.
